At DokiDoki Cosplay, we want to ensure your transformation is perfect, which is why we offer a 15-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that custom-sized costumes and intimate accessories are final sale due to hygiene and manufacturing specifications.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the costume, wig, or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all components like buttons, belts, and headpieces are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to DokiDoki
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our quality control center, making sure to include your RMA slip inside.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
