How do I choose the correct size for my cosplay?
Since sizing varies by character and design, we provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips in centimeters and comparing them to the chart before ordering.
What is the difference between SR, R, and SSR quality grades?
We categorize our costumes by quality: R (Standard) for beginners, SR (Super Rare) for high-quality fabrics and details, and SSR (Specially Super Rare) for professional-grade materials, intricate embroidery, and screen-accurate accessories.
How long does shipping take for 'Pre-order' items?
Pre-order items are currently in production. Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page. Once the production cycle is complete, it typically takes 7-15 business days for international delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
Can I return or exchange a costume if it doesn't fit?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for standard-sized items in original condition. Please note that custom-sized costumes and wigs that have been styled/cut are not eligible for return.
Are props and wigs included with the costume sets?
Most costume sets include the main outfit and basic accessories. Wigs, shoes, and large props are typically sold separately to allow for customization, though we offer them as add-ons on the same page.
